Hugh Smith was in the Guiness Book of Records for being the first boy child born in the First minute, First Hour, First Day, First week, First Month, First year of the 20th century (Year 1900). However I have been unable to validate this information, Guiness seems to be very hard to cantact. If anyone is able to validate this information, please let us know.
