Claude was a farmer, worked for the City of Brewster,Kansas, was City Marshall. Was a member of Odd Fellows Lodge, Lions Club. Moved his family to Western Kansas in 1940/1941. Lived on the Dewey Ranch N. of Brewster,Ks. He loved fishing, hunting, camping, and "taking a ride just to see the countryside,crops,etc.", He loved his family, was a kind man. (he did have a little temper tho. haha)Claude married Beatrice Elrod on 16 Jun 1923. Beatrice (daughter of Eddy Warren Elrod and Nanny Pack Fink) was born on 06 Dec 1899; died on 28 Aug 2000.
